Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to LJK Digital Empire (003002333-W).

1.) No cancellation / termination of the contract is allowed after the quotation is signed (or the project is on-going status).

2.) Refund is offered at our sole discretion and only under FOUR circumstances :

• Your website is blacklisted by Google or other authorities.
• Your website is not described as our web development package (based on Quotation).
• Your website completion date is more than the discussed date.
• Your website data (content) is wiped / deleted / removed without your consent and cannot be restored.

****We will take immediate action after a refund policy is requested, if the issue is still remain unresolved after the given timeframe, we will refund the money to you with no further questions asked.

3.) Refund is based on Our Terms & Conditions (item no.2), the refund allocation as below:

• Administration Costs is non-refundable
• Configuration Costs is partly refundable (50%)
• Setup Costs is fully refundable (100%)

4.) The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours.

5.) The refund policy is valid until the contract ends only.
